D365FO: update local Hyper-V dev environment - part 2

A follow up on my previous post D365FO: update local Hyper-V dev environment. 

If you renamed your Hyper-V machine, it is quite likely that upgrade process will stuck on step 41 with the following text displayed in command prompt:

Executing step: 41
GlobalUpdate script for service model: MROneBox on machine: localhost
Update the financial reporting database

There will be no CPU / disk / database activity whatsoever after this message is displayed.

The fix is to edit your C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts file and add the following line at the end:

127.0.0.1 MININT-F36S5EH
