D365FO: extend preview trial

As an D365FO ISV we have a special trial license, which allows us to use LCS and create development virtual machines in our Azure subscription. This license is valid for 18 months and should be re-activated once it is about to expire. Here is a short guide how to do it:

1. Login to admin.microsoft.com as the Global Tenant admin
   
   
2. Open URL with Partner Trial offer code in a new tab:
   

   https://portal.microsoftonline.com/Signup/MainSignUp.aspx?OfferId=AA972CC1-91DB-4CF9-94A1-4A9163ED50C9&pc=2c50e379-9378-4761-84f9-e328da74e657&dl=ERP_INSTANCE_SKU

   
   
3. When prompted, select "Yes, add it to my account" option
   

New trial license will be added to your tenant, you could find it among other licenses at your Microsoft Portal.
